Hi all

I tried to use a .htaccess file to block specific IPs from Turkey telecom to access my webpage, but to no avail. Is there a code to block ALL IPs from Turkey to access my webpage?

Well, you need to know all ip ranges owned by companies in Turkey. You can block ips with http://www.htaccesstools.com/block-ips/
